This product is a complete automation system built for n8n that transforms how you onboard new clients. Instead of manually creating projects, assigning tasks, and following up on progress, this system handles everything through WhatsApp and integrates seamlessly with your existing tools.

When a new client submits your onboarding form, the system automatically generates a unique client ID and uses artificial intelligence to analyze their website. Based on the service package they selected, the AI creates a customized list of tasks with assigned roles and estimated completion times. The system then generates a personalized welcome pack PDF, sends it directly to the client via WhatsApp, creates a dedicated WhatsApp group with the client and your team members, and assigns each task to the appropriate team member through individual WhatsApp messages.

Your team can update task statuses simply by replying to WhatsApp messages with commands like “complete website audit” or “done keyword research.” The system logs every update in real time, tracks progress, and sends confirmation messages back to team members. When all tasks for a client are completed, the system sends a celebration message to the team.

Every action is logged to a PostgreSQL or MySQL database, giving you a complete history of client onboarding activities. The system includes task tables that track pending, in progress, and completed tasks with timestamps and completion percentages.

Every Monday at 9 AM, the system automatically generates a comprehensive weekly report. It queries the database to calculate completion rates for all active clients, uses AI to generate an executive summary, and delivers a formatted report to your Slack channel or email inbox. The report shows which clients are on track, which are falling behind, and what tasks remain.

The system also includes error monitoring. When any workflow fails, the error is logged to a dedicated database table and an alert is sent to your team's Slack channel so issues can be addressed immediately.
