No. The booking form is added to your existing website, and the dashboard sits behind it. We only suggest changes to a site when it is genuinely in the way.
Yes. Each website gets its own booking form and they all feed the same dashboard. Each form can follow that website’s own look.
A WhatsApp assistant works out the trip price and creates the booking in your dashboard. The plan includes it for one phone number. It runs on a number dedicated to bookings, set up with us.
Yes. We connect to Transferz, Get-e, Travelit, RTTC, GroundSpan, Booking.com and Talixo. Each connection needs your own account with the provider and their approval, and what can be confirmed, changed or cancelled from your side depends on what that provider supports. Their API or integration costs, if any, are not part of the plan.
Yes. Your vehicles, drivers and pricing are loaded into the dashboard, and the workflow follows how you already dispatch. Drivers use a phone app for assignments, push messages and check-ins.
The plan includes up to 5 users. A user is anyone who logs in, whether office staff, a manager or a driver. More users can be added at an extra cost.
Where available, yes. Your existing booking history can be imported once, when you start, depending on the format your current system can export.
Support by email and WhatsApp, including after-hours support from 17:00 to 21:00.
Yes. The live demo above lets you make a booking and see it in the dashboard, with no sign-up. After that, we talk through your own operation.
There is no contract. The plan runs month to month and you can cancel at any time. You can export your bookings whenever you like.
